Understanding of current technologies and Software Test Lifecycle (STLC)
Familiar with JIRA or similar defect tracking tool
Familiar with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze business requirements and technical design documents
Design, develop and execute Test Cases
5+ years of professional business experience with 3+yrs of experience in SFDC, along with strong relationship management, account management, and support experience
Knowledge of Agile and iterative development methodologies
Ability to obtain, understand and respond strategically to business needs
Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical, problem solving, and conflict-resolution skills
Energetic, motivated, service-oriented, and able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Flexible to new situations and challenges
Experience working in an Agile environment
Understanding of Salesforce Community cloud, Commerce cloud, and IoT cloud platforms is an advantage.
