Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that new and existing product functionality are reliable, stable and defect free
Design and execute application performance tests for scalability testing, stress testing, load testing and volume testing
Monitor application logs to review system behavior
Analyze CPU Utilization, Memory Usage, Network Usage and various reports to verify performance of the product
Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation for validation and analysis
Participate in the development and reporting of test metrics; items such as test confidence and test coverage reports
Review product specifications and provide input on application performance requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Expertise in test planning, workload design, test environment setup and test data creation
Experience with test automation tools such as Neoload, Selenium and Jenkins
Experience with testing web-based applications and thick client applications
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Prior experience with Server and Client OS based technologies, including Linux OS
5+ years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Automation
3+ years’ experience in database testing with the ability to read, write, and execute basic SQL queries
3+ years’ experience in the software testing of multi-tier client/server applications
1+ years’ experience working in an Agile software development life cycle methodology
Ability to understand software development framework, architecture concepts, and terminology
Experience with Microsoft Test Manager
Innate project leadership; desires accountability and responsibilities to promote the success of our company
Ability to multi-task and work separate projects in a fast paced & dynamic company environment and extremely tight timelines
Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited direction or as part of a team
NeoLoad, Performance Testing, Scalability Testing, Stress Testing, Load Testing, Volume Testing, Database Testing, SQL Queries
