Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate and Coordinate with business analysts, testers, and developers to rapidly build, test, and deploy code
Analyse system functions and recommends appropriate test strategies
Analyse business requirements and prioritise defects based on knowledge of the business.
Creating, maintaining, and reviewing testing documentation of all types, including test plans, test results and defect management.
Participate in and contribute towards bug/defect/issue triage, and documentation
Effectively communicates defects/incident reports within the team and other stakeholders.
Support release process and perform various types of testing as required from time to time
Identify process and product improvements and participate in their implementation.
Mentor other team members and promote the use of best practices and standards
Participate in agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, Scrum, Sprint demo, refinement, retrospectives etc.
Work Experience:
5+ years of commercial experience in Software development, Business and Technical Analysis, Quality Assurance.
Knowledge of information systems quality assurance and testing best practices and methodologies, understanding of testing and technical terminology
Experience in leading and implementing testing process improvements.
Experience in different testing types such as functional, performance, smoke, regression etc.
Technical Skills:
Experience testing web applications and WEB APIs
SQL Server
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Protractor etc.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence
Familiarity with Git
Familiarity with tools such as JMeter, Postman etc.
Familiarity with cloud, preferably Microsoft Azure
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or IT related field or equivalent IT related experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and a “can-do” attitude
Attention to details
Good interpersonal skills with a key ability to work with an Agile team and display teamwork
