Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with scrum teams and team leads on software and system design to craft test automation.
Guide and collaborate with developers to develop new features and resolve issues.
Make effective use of daily stand-ups, iteration planning meetings, and retrospectives.
Actively participate as an Agile scrum team member in all phases of the development process.
Enhance, extend, and maintain test automation libraries and frameworks.
Understand the business functionality of our product through the specifications and existing scenarios
Solve complex automation challenges and work on complex projects with minimal supervision.
Work with scrum teams to establish and promote best practices, standards, and processes for automation testing.
Perform test design and peer code reviews.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
Effectively work with multiple stakeholders and teams located in different geographical locations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Minimum years of work experience: 5+
Required skills:
Ability to multitask with proven tight deadline experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to write clear code with minor refactoring and supervision.
Experience with JIRA (ClearQuest or any other Bug reporting tool)
Experience working with Azure DevOps Test Management tool
Experience working with source control tool like Git or similar
Experience in server-side testing
Knowledge of Programming language like Java/JavaScript/Node.js or similar
Knowledge of Protractor/Jasmine/Jest or any other Node.js based test framework
Experience working with Web Socket and RESTful web services (JMeter, REST API, Selenium, or similar)
Knowledge of Azure or other Cloud environments
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Working knowledge of Test Management tools (HP, Silk Central, or similar)
Preferred skills:
Experience with continuous software integration and deployment.
Experience with professional product development in combination with speech recognition technologies and/or AI.
Certification in QA processes
