As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be involved in validating new features and existing functionality of the testing of FireEye web, email, file security, and management products.
Key Responsibilities:
Designing, developing and executing manual and automated test cases to ensure a quality product and service delivery.
Generating test reports, automated monitoring scripts for software application services.
Report defects in the defect tracking system and work with development and design teams to resolve such defects. Participate in root cause analysis.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the industry with a precisely demonstrated skillset with manual testing and automation
Excellent analytical and technical skills. Good knowledge of database concepts, Linux and python scripting.
Strong Networking skills on TCP/IP, UDP etc
Experience with virtualization tools like Virtual Box, VMWare ESXi.
Strong oral and written communication skills, able to present ideas and information clearly
Additional Information
Experience with restful API test and automation
Experience in working on networking protocols like HTTP, DNS, SMTP, SSL and security tools like Snort, Yara etc
