Responsibilities:
Planning, preparation, execution and reporting of test cases based on user story acceptance criteria.
Review user stories.
Identify the test scenarios.
Review the identified scenarios with the team lead and upon approval move to test case preparation.
Actively lead the test case review sessions with the Product Owner (PO) and make adjustments as per feedback from PO.
Once test cases are updated and signed off by the PO, move to execute test, record results and log defects as required.
Qualifications
2+ years of QA experience with project references for validation.
Call/Contact Center experience.
Genesys Engage Cloud experience.
Bot or NLU testing experience.
Experience with JIRA, JTMF, Confluence.
Automation scripting experience and manual testing skills.
Ability to outline and execute test cases at a functional level - positive, negative, and edge-case test cases.
Ability to outline and execute test cases end-to-end - integration testing experience.
Ability to track test cases, test execution, and test results.
Experience with Cyara Automation is a plus.
Certifications: ISTQB or equivalent is a plus.
