We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our Enterprise Applications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and cases for the Salesforce platform
Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts using various testing tools and technologies
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure the platform meets the highest quality standards
Utilize testing tools and technologies, both manual and automated, to validate the Salesforce platform
Identify and report defects and issues, and work closely with the development team to resolve them in a timely manner
Work closely with the development team to understand project requirements and design and provide input on potential quality risks
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the QA testing process aligns with business goals and needs
Continuously improve the testing processes and methodologies, and promote best practices for software quality assurance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and related technologies
Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in manual and automated testing tools and technologies
Experience in developing test cases, test plans, and test scripts to validate system functionality, data integrity, and performance
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salesforce certifications are a plus
