Develop understanding of the Container Security application and backend components.
Participate in all stags of releases to deliver quality product.
Troubleshoot customer escalations and respond within the designated service level agreement (SLA).
Work closely with Engineering and Support team to provide timely feedback on the issues and their resolution.
Contribute to process and troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledge base.
Track the customer issues till the closure.
Ability to work independently for own tasks and collaboratively with rest of the team to achieve common goals.
Develop reusable tools for test automation and identify new methods for automation.
Technical Skillset:
5-7 years of experience in Products testing.
Good understanding of Microservices Architecture, CI/CD tool like Jenkins, Elastic search,Kafka.
Experience on containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS.
Experience on any one public Cloud AWS, Azure, GCP.
Experience into Container Security domain would be great advantage.
Good exposure to Windows and Linux platform.
Good understanding of API testing using Postman/Swagger.
Experience on any scripting language would be an added advantage.
