Job Summary:
The Senior/Lead QA Engineer role is an integral part of the development team’s overall process. The ideal candidate will work with Project Managers, Senior Architect, Business Analysts and other QA Leads for validating and verifying the quality of the Marketing Technology group’s software products and services for domestic and global customers, both internal and external.
Responsibilities
1. Interfacing with Project Managers, QA and Software development teams
2. Quality and functionality evaluation of pre-release and released software
3. Documentation & Review of test plans
4. Design and execution of test plans

1. Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance engineering best practices
2. Ability to effectively document and communicate
3. Ability to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner
4. Ability to work with minimal supervision and commit to the team's schedules and goals
5. Excellent business and technical communication skills
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience/Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
2. Minimum 5 years progressive experience in software Quality Assurance Engineering
3. Experience working with Azure DevOps for defect/bug tracking and requirement analysis
4. Experience in testing Vue.JS, Azure Function Apps, and MEAN stack applications
5. Experience in Agile Methodologies including Kanban
6. Experience working with development teams using a continuous deployment strategy to service multiple concurrent product editions
7. Experience testing a multi-tenant global services platform, including multiple product editions (feature sets)
8. Experience with Xpath, Locators, Object Repository Management
9. Functional, Regression, Negative, Exploratory and Data Interface Testing
10. Experience with QA Test Strategies & Coverages
