Job Profile:
Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
Responsible for checking Website URLs and Web page coding for accuracy, completeness and adherence to design.
Responsible for Manual testing,UI testing,Functional & Regression testing,Unit testing,Sanity testing,Integration & system testing
Responsible to provide the final go/no-go determination based on expected launch success rate, prior to website launch/delivery
Required to work projects in a collaborative distributed environment with designers, developers, creative directors, and client project/account managers.
Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, test scenario & test scripting
Hands-On experience on writting bug report & tracking process
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
Responsible for all pre-launch/pre-delivery website.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Skills Required:
Core knowledge on witting test case & bug report.
Hands-On knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS required.
Some PHP and WordPress experience highly desired.
Eye for detail, intimate familiarity with testing for industry Web standards compliant sites such as W3C, and good time-management abilities are the key for this position.
Good interpersonal skills required to communicate testing issues with clients and internal development team members.
The ability to prioritize and multi-task successfully.
Should have a potential to lead & manage a team apart from delivery process.
