As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, one will be responsible for Test plans creation & maintenance; Requirement Analysis & maintaining artefacts as needed, execution & reporting of modules in different phases of client implementation life cycle on ongoing basis.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside with senior members or individually (as required) to assist in smooth integration/transition of processes
Participation in client & requirement clarification calls
Interprets requirements to create/update systems specifications documents
Executes/Reviews Test results for accuracy/completeness and mapping to Requirement Artifacts
Having extensive experience in testing of Carriers(Files)/Web/Communications modules
Able to create and execute Test Plans along with implementing Smoke and Sanity Testing
Demonstrate Task level ownership (Work assigned to self and immediate sub-ordinates/Junior colleagues)
Able to perform & implement regression process & provide QA sign off after testing completion
Assist lead in identifying risks related to project
Timely work status communication to Lead
Implement ideas of process improvements/automation
Support process SLA’s and adherence to defined workflow
Coach and mentor other team members
Succeeding as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Testing, will require the following core qualifications and skills:
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computers (preferred)/Graduates with Computer Diploma (6 months and above)
Total Experience - 2 to 5 year
Sound knowledge of SDLC/STLC concepts
Through knowledge of Implementation life cycle
Holds knowledge of Workflow/Defect Management tools
Fair understanding of peer review process and RCA
Sound understanding of US/Canada HW Benefits Administration domain
Strong Carriers(Files), Web, Communications Testing experience for US/Canada HW Benefits clients
Good knowledge of SQL tools and databases will be considered an asset
Hands on experience on MS Excel and MS Access
Effective business communication skills (oral and written)
Having analytical bent of mind & problem-solving skills
Having behavioral competencies like teamwork, effective communication, effective time management, supporting change are an added advantage.
