To be considered for this position, you must have:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years work experience as a Software Tester in a web-based application environment.
Write and execute test plans for each assigned testing project. Review test cases of Analyst and Junior staff.
Able to work with various stakeholders within the project/product and provide accurate estimates.
A strong understanding of software development testing: Positive Testing / User Acceptance Testing, Negative Testing.
Assure the quality of software products developed by application development staff.
Good communications skills, both written and verbal
Contribute toward the definition and validation of acceptance criteria.
Communicate bottlenecks and impediments.
Mentor and educate colleagues who lack the business expertise required to work efficiently.
Demonstrated hands on collaboration experience working with globally distributed teams.
Knowledge of Agile testing practices in a SCRUM or Agile development environment would be desirable.
