As a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer, you will provide experienced quality assurance support to the product development team, create test cases, test product features, verify and report bugs and ensure the product is delivered with good quality. Work independently with minimal supervision. Involve in all end-to-end testing activities including manual test, test automation initiatives and adopting the latest industry tools and practices.
You are great at:
Develop and maintain test cases while performing all testing activities including functional, integration and regression testing
Write test cases based on acceptance criteria, execute test cases, file bugs, and prepare test reports
Implement and maintenance of Automated Test Infrastructure and Test Suites
Design and execute non-functional testing by using standard testing techniques
Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues
Identifies, communicates, and escalates issues as required and collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation
Good understanding of Virtualization technologies like VMWare, Docker & Kubernetes for product deployments
Hands on working experience in GCP/AWS/Azure/OpenShift clouds
What it takes:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of software testing experience on enterprise products
Experience in testing software applications in a cloud-based environments
Experience on product deployments in Windows, Linux, and Cloud environments using helm charts
Strong hands-on technical skills including demonstrable Automation coding/scripting skills
Creating, writing automation tests using Selenium WebDriver or other frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands on experience in GCP/AWS/Azure technologies will be an added advantage
Knowledge on CI/CD tools such as GitLab would be a plus
