Key Accountability:
Create, manage, and drive quality assurance practices in the team
Set up testing and automation frameworks and best practices
Own and drive bug documentation practices
Drive QA daily standups, bug triage
Drive and own test automation using industry standard practices and frameworks
Ensure deliveries beat pre-set quality guidelines
Learn new technologies and keep current with the latest in tech and trends in your space

Key Competencies:
4 – 8 years of experience in quality assurance / software testing
Experience in designing and writing test cases
Experience in designing test automation code
Experience in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, API testing using Postman / Rest Assured, etc.
An understanding of how software, web services, databases, etc. work
Knowledge of how to write effective bug reports (Azure DevOps or JIRA preferred)
Willingness to learn
