Responsibilities:
Work in team or individually (as required) to assist in smooth integration/transition of processes
Considered subject matter experts in their chosen field

Strong understanding of development and test cycle, Agile concepts, and problem-solving skills
Should have expertise in planning, managing & executing test plans for any application
Execute all levels of testing (Smoke, Sanity, System, Integration, and Regression)
Suggest and Implement ideas of process improvements/automation
Support process SLA’s and adherence to defined workflow
Assist others in estimating task effort and dependencies, responsible for team commitments within projects
Diagnose, isolate, and implement remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code
Coach & Mentor other team members
Ensure effective peer review of tasks from peers
Succeeding as an Senior Specialist- Quality Assurance, will require the following core qualifications and skills
Bachelors/Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related field
A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in software testing
Analytical, independent, inquisitive, detail oriented & Initiative driving
Deep understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Implementation process and process model
Sound knowledge of SQL
Hands on experience on MS Excel
Effective business communication skills (oral and written)
