Minimum 5+ years quality assurance testing experience for IT projects with at least 3 years of Datawarehouse testing.
Understanding and hands-on experience with test management tools and testing tools such as test data editors and Test metric reporting.
Strong hands on exposure and knowledge of STLC.
Strong ETL and Data warehousing skills/experience
Advanced SQL required
Proven ability of working in automation framework on ETL/DWH side
Strong scripting knowledge – Preferably Python (java/Python/Shell(Unix)/SQL/VB/.net/C#/XML/JSON/Groovy)
Review test cases before peer review
Mentor junior team members
Estimating QA efforts
Strong working knowledge of Testing process and defect management tools (Team Foundation Service (TFS/VSTS) would be a plus)
Quick learner, self-starter, be proactive and able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or significant relevant coursework
