As a Senior SDET, you will
Able to lead multiple implementations
Oversee and manage multiple test automation developers
Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather automation requirements, design automated tests and implement scalable test automation solutions
Design, develop and manage automated testing artifacts. Provide a practical approach to complex testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for the purposes of regression testing
Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards. Ensure that QA processes and procedures for test environments are followed and that the integrity of the various environments are not compromised.
Ensure adherence to standardized QA policies, processes and documentation standards.
Help define automated test scripts. Test case reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role
Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations
Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies. We may need you to be flexible with your work hours
Who are we looking for?
Basic skills:
6+ years of experience in implementing and Managing automation test projects.
Strong ETL and Data validation exposure, preferred skill on any of the ETL automation tools like Query surge, Tosca etc.,
Expert knowledge on ETL process and trouble shooting skills
Sound knowledge on Database(S) in including SQL and NoSQL
Working experience on Postgres, snowflake , Oracle , Teradata etc
Able to write advanced queries , views and functions in SQL
knowledge and working experience on UI and API automations, BDD,TDD etc
Experience in building automation frameworks from scratch is a plus
Prior experience implementing Performance benchmarking for products using manual or automation.
Sound understanding of all technical aspects of performance testing.
Experience with any of the UI Automation tools (Selenium , UiPath etc )
API automation using any tool
Code coverage concepts and debugging skills.
Good understanding of Node JS and React tec stack.
Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
Passion for building scalable, global, complex systems to solve problems with proven ability to deliver high quality software
Ability to take ownership of issues, drive initiatives independently or escalate as needed, and find creative ways to resolve problems.
Ability to Find Solutions to meet project needs.
Working experience with Azure tec stack.
