Primary Responsibilities:
Reviews design plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the problem
Create test utilites and framework to set a standard in the testing and mentor the junior testers
Should be able to work with product owner to understand the stories and writes the test scenarios and gets the sign off from product owner before writing automation scripts
Ensures that products meet the organizations and customers quality and product integrity requirements
Automate the Regression testcases, does API testing, Web testing and mobile testing when required. Covers complex test scenarios which cannot be covered by automation , manually
Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects with a goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects
Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
QA Engineer/Automation Test Engineer with in-depth working knowledge in Automation and Manual testing
Automating UI and API & Framework (Java, Protractor-Cucumber framework, C#, Mobile Automation Testing using tools like katalon)
Expertise in Selenium-Java scripting for browser stack, and building CI/CD pipeline in Jenkins with GIT version control and Maven commands
Integrated Test rail with protractor for angular application
Involves in all phases of testing Functional, Automation, Regression Testing, smoke Testing
Ability to perform Automation/Manual testing for Web Application, Mobile App, API
Possess good understanding on SDLC [Agile & Waterfall]
