As a Senior SDET, you will
Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather automation requirements, design automated test frameworks, and implement scalable test automation solutions.
Design, develop and manage automated testing artifacts. Provide a practical approach to complex testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for the purposes of regression testing
Ensure adherence to standardized QA policies, processes and documentation standards.
Help define automated test scripts. Test case reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards. Ensure that QA processes and procedures for test environments are followed and that the integrity of the various environments are not compromised
Working remotely, while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies. We may need you to be flexible with your work hours
Who are we looking for?
Basic skills:
6+ years of experience in implementing and Managing automation test projects.
Full stack automation testing skills i.e. UI , API ,Performance using web Driver IO, selenium, UiPath / any other similar automation tools
Python /JS / Java/C# at least one programming / scripting language; preferably Python
Working experience on UI and API automations using web driver IO/UiPath etc. tools using BDD,TDD approaches
Experience in building UI, API and Performance automation frameworks from scratch is a must
Sound knowledge in any of the programming languages like Java, C#, python ,JS etc.
Sound knowledge on Database(S) in including SQL and NoSQL
Prior experience implementing Performance benchmarking for products using manual or automation using JMeter /Neo load
Sound understanding of all technical aspects of performance testing.
Code coverage concepts and debugging skills.
Good understanding of Node JS and React tec stack.
CI /CD and CT understanding using Jenkins / Azure ADO etc. tools
Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment
Passion for building scalable, global, complex systems to solve problems with proven ability to deliver high quality software
Ability to take ownership of issues, drive initiatives independently or escalate as needed, and find creative ways to resolve problems.
Ability to Find Solutions to meet project needs.
Working experience with Azure tec stack.
