• Collaborate with our development teams to enhance our existing software development processes.
• Drive Quality Engineering methodologies and help build high quality software.
• Partner with developers to improve and automate test and release processes
• Help make Quality as an integral part of the development process
Qualifications:
• Batchelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in testing using Java, REST API, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Jenkins, Spring and GIT
• Advanced knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results.
• Strong communication skills -- both verbal and written – and strong relationship, collaboration skills
• Unit test frameworks such as Junit, TestNG and Mockito
• Fluent in Git and Bitbucket
• Ability to create acceptance and integration automation tests, integrate with Continuous integration (Jenkins/Bamboo) and code coverage tools (Sonar).
• Experience with testing No SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Maven build process, HTTP clients such as RESTAssured and In Memory Grids (Pivotal Gemfire)
