You will:
Participate in analysis and clarification of requirements, design discussions, and come up with test plans to ensure quality features delivery
Participate in software quality document design, like test strategy, test plan, test case, test report and etc
Maintain existing and develop new automation test suites to improve test coverage in close collaboration with various different engineers within the global organization
Participate in bug reviews with developers and validate defect fixes
Participate in cross-geo and cross-team activities as a member of the Quality Community
Contribute to documentation for the team and share the knowledge with peers
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Software Engineering and at least 3 years of proven quality automation experience
Solid experience in Python programming and relevant automation framework - pytest
Good experience in UI automation test framework - Selenium
Good experience in CI/CD toolchain for automation test integration and execution - Jenkins pipeline
Good understanding of the bug lifecycle and experience with bug tracking systems, like JIRA, Bugzilla
Good software quality mindset, experience with software quality metrics implementation - code quality, quality data visualization and etc
Self-motivated, proactive attitude, fast self-learner
Able to work in a cross-regional organization with fluent verbal and written English
Desirable Requirements
Experience in cloud-native/container technologies - Docker, Kubernetes; and system administration - Linux, is a plus
Experience in RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus
Experience in an Agile organization, Scrum/SAFe/Lean practices are helpful
