Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering [E&CE/CS/IT]
Min 6 years’ experience in mainstream testing & testing life cycle.
Strong experience in Automation requirements.
Networking Protocol knowledge, SNMP, TCP, HTTP, TCP, UDP, Modbus etc.
Design & Development skills preferably JAVA, Selenium, python.
Experience building Automated test framework is required.
Understanding of existing automation tools & enhance.
Proven ability to translate functional requirements and use cases into working test plan & cases.
Ability to work on cross platform.
Knowledge/Experience of Data Center Technologies and domain is desired [ not mandatory].
Excellent problem solving & communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Should be responsible for test strategy planning.
Responsible to develop effective test architecture as per requirements.
Maintain testing schedules and take ownership on the deliverables committed by the team
Responsible for suggesting on system designs that facilitate the system testing and looks for opportunities to automate the feature delivered to the Test team
Ability to analyze test tool evaluation & deploy to test environment.
Responsible to debug & give solution to team in terms of improvements.
Responsible for project progress & QA process improvement for defect life cycle.
Must be responsible for overall quality of the deliverables.
Active participation in giving innovative ideas for test review & test execution.
Should be possessing software testing standards, processes, methodology & tools.
Ability to communicate well with the stakeholders with the test status.
Ability to lead QA team in Agile environment.
