Job Description

Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design and implementation of the automation infrastructure for software testing.
Design and configuring the test pipeline for reliability and performance
Collaborate with other teams to define and prioritize the required developments in automation infrastructure, and coordinate on automation development initiatives
Assist the development of the test automation strategy and focus specifically on maximizing reuse for regression purposes.
Develop test plan and test strategy based on the software requirements and technical specifications.
Assist in improving the security of the applications by identifying vulnerabilities.
Support in the creation and maintenance of test reports, test data, tools and scripts.
Provide the approval on the quality of the product before releasing it to the production environment.
Able to meet tight deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.

Requirements
University degree (BTech/MCA/MSc IT).
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
3 years of experience in testing automation.
Extensive experience with all the following technologies and products:
Selenium and Selenium Grid
C# programming
A CI/CD tool, ideally Azure DevOps
Proficient with one or more the following technologies and products:
Git
SQL Server or other relational databases
Agile development methodologies (Scrum, sprints)
API automation test tools, e.g. JMeter, Locust, Postman
Should have a very strong understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC).
Should have experience in working in DevOps environment.
Should have experience in automating Selenium Tests in Azure Pipelines.
Should have strong analytical skills.
Should be able to provide guidance and mentoring to junior test engineers.
Ability to work in the team with a positive approach.
Candidate should have excellent spoken and written English language skills.
ISTQB Test Automation Engineering Certification is not required but is considered an asset.
AT*SQA DevOps Testing Certification is not required but is considered an asset.
