Responsibilities:
Execute test cases and analyze system specifications.
Candidate will be responsible for working with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis.
Designing testing strategies according to the project scope and timescales.
Managing software defect tracking, reporting and resolution, using a bug tracking system.
Responsible for performance testing and cross-platform testing.
Skills & Expertise:
Sound knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle and Defect Life Cycle (Manual & Automation both). Hands on Test Management Software and SQL is must..
Knowledge of testing process, test tools, creation and understanding of testing artifacts like test plan, test case.
Good Understanding of Web/Desktop/Mobile/APIs based Application and Technologies. Should have experience in web and mobile testing (Android and IOS).
Automation tool like J Meter and Selenium will be an advantage.
