Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 6 to 8 years of experience / knowledge in testing in an enterprise environment with any performance testing certification is highly desirable
Extensive experience in architecting solution for complex enterprise applications
Expert and hands-on experience in using JMeter, PerfMon. LoadRunner is a plus
Experienced in performance testing APIs, Windows, and Web applications
String expertise in using various Protocols
Strong, hands-on expertise in developing performance scripts using Java or C
Hands-on experience in SQL and database testing
Hands-on experience on performance testing tools like Fiddler, Wireshark, and DynaTrace, Google Trace is an added advantage
A real problem solver who can work with software engineers, architects and product management to understand the performance test expectations at the solution level
Strong personal accountability and ownership required
