Definition, development, implementation and documentation of tests primarily in Salesforce CRM ecosystem.
Ensuring the delivery of features, functions and Integrations with high quality through to the Production environment
Perform Smoke, Functional, Integration, Regression testing and support UAT.
Examination of acceptance criteria from user stories and implementation of test cases and test scenarios.
Create Automated Regression tests with Tosca tool utilizing existing framework and actively contribute to making it more efficient and implement best practices.
Identify missing requirements and drive discussions around testing need with product owners and business users.
Active participation and preparation for Agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Review and Retrospectives.
Conduct peer review of the manual and automation tests and take a lead in the Testing team comprising of more junior testers.
Able to work independently, self-organize and take ownership of test tasks assigned on the project
Work as part of a collaborative and multi-functional and multicultural team spread across the globe.
Identify gaps and contribute to improve test capability to ensure coverage efficiency.
Assist with the identification of new tools and methodologies to be utilised for testing
Work closely with product owners and business analysts in defining acceptance criteria, estimating the testing effort, supporting user acceptance tests, and ensuring on-time closure of defects.
Define test plans/cases and test suites against requirements in Azure DevOps using relevant test design techniques.
Execute tests and report software defects to developers and product owners and track the defects until closure.
Do targeted sanity testing and/or exploratory testing where you don’t have coverage and experience says test anywayBe an active listener, respect fellow team members' views, accept own mistakes and proactively take steps to avoid repeating them.

What You Will Bring:
Proven track record for delivering quality Web, Cloud, Mobile applications in a fast-paced dynamic Engineering environment
Experience in testing Salesforce or similar CRM applications.
Experience in the development of automated test suites for UI and API with associated tools preferably Tosca, Provar or Selenium, Postman etc.
Experience conducting functional and non-functional testing in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment.
Experience in working with Agile development methodologies such as Kanban/Agile and tools such as Azure DevOps / Jira in a CI/CD delivery environment.
Experience engaging with global team, multiple stakeholders and sharing knowledge across practices.
Completed specialist degree in engineering and / or technical training in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or comparable with relevant professional experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years of experience gained ideally in testing Salesforce CRM systems.
Certified ISEB / ISTQB Foundation level (required)
Salesforce Admin certification.
Experience in working within an agile SCRUM team is desirable
