Required Skills:
Good knowledge and expertise is required in following topics
Variable Speed Drives(Low voltage or Medium voltage drive and Drive systems) and its Applicative Functions
VFD commissioning software
Configuring and programming PLC, Variable Speed Drives, HMI, SCADA
Integration of industrial automation products using communication protocol like Modbus, Ethernet/IP, CANopen, Profibus
Hands on experience in plant control system configuring, commissioning, trouble shooting
Testing of Desktop Applications for Industrial Automation (Functional, Installation, Licensing etc.)
Advantage if knowledge on Schneider PLC (M580, M340, Quantum, M251,M241) with relevant software like Unity Pro , SoMachine
Advantage if knowledge on FDT-DTM Technology
Advantage if knowledge on Agile , PMP, Software Development Life Cycle
Advantage if knowledge on Test Management tools like TFS / DevOps

Good to have:
Following skills will be treated as added advantage
Knowledge in C# or Java Script  and  Test Automation
Cyber Security – Pen Testing

Responsibilities:
Verification of Desktop Applications for Industrial Automation
Identifying and creating test environment / architecture as per requirement
Device integration (PLC, VFD, etc.)
Create Test Plan and test strategy
Analyze/anticipate scenarios and frame test cases
Executing manual tests
Report Generation – Test execution status, defect analysis, project status, etc.
Managing defect lifecycle
Work on Test Automation Framework and develop scripts for automated tests
Provide proactive advice and feedback throughout the software testing lifecycle for prevention and early correction of quality problem.
