About the role:
• Analyse & Understand Business Requirement document, covering business flows.
• Prepare RTM, Test Scripts and Test Cases.
• Execute test cases; Manage defect cycle.
• Identify User Acceptance Test scenarios covering the business flows.
• Participate in BVT.
• Identify, analyse and close defects raised during UAT
• Publish Test summary reports at the end of testing activities.
What will your day look like
• Preparation of Test Cases based on User Stories as per testing timelines without any extensions.
• Execution of Test Cases in time bound manner
• 100% effectiveness in identifying defects in UAT Phase
• Build and maintain close working relationship with various project stakeholders to understand, enhance product/process knowledge
• Provide BVT support as required by stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with the process to deliver the test outcomes
• Ensure Testing accuracy
• Contribute towards ideas on improvement in testing Process
• Collaborate with multiple test teams and support to ensure that delivery timelines are met
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the team by sharing best practices
• Ensure adherence to the ANZ Policies and Process
What will you bring?
Software testing experience of 4-5 years with good knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies
Knowledge in Payments Domain desirable
Knowledge of Agile practices and Test Management tools like Jira Xray is desirable
Display initiative with a demonstrated ability to manage time & priorities.
Strong engagement, communication, and presentation skills
Strong Analytical skills
