Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Liaising directly with Testing team, Business or process owner to develop strong understanding of the business process and Integration requirements
Liaison with Developers in the provision of test services for Workday Integrations
Create well defined and re-usable functional test suites for Integrations.
Assisting in the creation and being responsible for the application of Testing standards, process, procedure and methodology across projects.
Execution of test cases in timely, efficient and organised way.
Accurately reporting test preparation and execution progress to the test lead
Promote the principles of good testing, transferring skills to other team members as appropriate. 
Maintain a current working knowledge of the key business systems and future developments.
Conduct or actively participate in Triage calls and Root cause analysis meetings
Be an effective team player and share the knowledge within the team

Essential Skills:
B.E./B.Tech/MBA/M.C.A/Any other Bachelor’s Degree.
At least 5-6 years of experience into Functional testing.
Strong experience in Integration Testing
Excellent Manual Testing Skills.
At least 2 year of experience in HR processes like Compensation, Talent Management, recruitment etc.
Good domain understanding of HR systems
Ability to liaise with a number of stakeholders in application development and business groups
Ability to think from a customer viewpoint and to understand the complexities of the business
Experience of working with agile methodologies.
Experience of working with multi-cultural and geographically disparate teams.
Ability to accurately log defects, escalate issues and risks.
Be able to demonstrate consistent and good judgement of assessing severity of issues.
Ability to think from a customer viewpoint and to understand the complexities of the business.
