Key Responsibilities:
Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables
Design and implement reusable automated test frameworks to drive test automation goals and to support continuous integration and regression testing
Utilize and extend existing test automation test harnesses
Provide accurate and reproducible qualitative defect reporting, bug scrubs, and quality metrics with project core teams
Integrate with DevOps teams for CI/CD to support them with writing code/tests and promote best practices
Plan, track and estimate product testing activities evaluate and learn new technologies
Challenge the team to high standards of technical excellence - strive for ever better automation
Experience and Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech. or M.C.A. in Computer Science from a reputed University
5-7 years of relevant industry experience
Essential Skills
Strong experience in Java and/or Python.
Experience in tools like TestNG, Junit, Maven etc.
Experience in UI Automation using JAVA-Selenium or equivalent technologies.
Experience in behaviour driven development using tools like Gauge/Cucumber
Database testing - PL/SQL skills, able to read stored procedures complex query writing, arithmetic function, aggregate functions
API testing (SOAP and REST)
Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle.
Experience in test management tools like Jira/HP ALM.
Sound knowledge of finance domain.
Desired Skills
Experience in performance testing with hands-on experience on tools like JMeter/Load Runner.
Experience in any ERP system preferably in Oracle Fusion Release 13, knowledge of functional domains GL, AR, AP, and Fixed Assets.
Shell Scripting
Knowledge of the overall architecture of ERP and/or Cloud ERP
Product Testing, TestNG, API Testing, UI Automation, Selenium, Cucumber, Database Testing, Performance Testing, JMeter, LoadRunner
