Role Responsibilities:
This role in Sales Enablement Hive within CCIB T&I for the position of Performance Test Engineer. The position will be key to the strategic CRMx program working as part of the feature-based development teams.
Manage, coordinate, and oversee the Performance Test Cycle as mandated by bank’s unified test control framework and System Delivery Framework.
Gather Performance Testing Requirements.
Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.
Work with testing team to develop performance test plans and cases.
Develop automated scripts in Vugen for the initiatives using protocols such as Web (HTTP(s)/HTML) and on applications based on Java technologies
Develop customized codes in the script in C language for optimizing and enhancing Vugen scripts.
Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
Develop automated test scenarios and environments for performance testing.
Generate test summary reports for management review.
Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
Suggest new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and tracking activities.

Strong Experience in E2E Performance Architecture – Define /Implement Performance test Automation Framework based on the project needs
NFR gathering, test planning & Workload Modelling.
Experience on DevOps - Integrate performance test automation into CI/ CD process. Knowledge on Jenkins, Bitbucket.
Strong Experience in Performance Testing Process, NFR’s and Depth knowledge on Tools like HP Load Runner and J-meter or Blaze Meter

Our Ideal Candidate
QUALIFICATIONS
8 to 12 years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineer of Web applications/Data Engine & Platform server monitoring.
Extensive knowledge and experience of Performance testing and monitoring tools (at least one each) - HP Load Runner v12.5, HP Performance Center12.5, HP Vugen, and HP Analysis tool, Introscope, or Dynatrace
Testing Coordination experience – Full understand of End to End performance test process and experience on how and when to engage different teams such as DBA, Dev or System admins.
