The ideal candidate is a hands-on automation test scripts builder with significant experience in Selenium. Candidate must have strong Java or C# skills and he/she must be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision. The Candidate should embody a passion for continuous improvement and should possess strong problem-solving skills in automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse, design and develop tests and test-automation suites
Test software development methodology in an agile environment
Provide continuous support to end users of the automated test cases through technical expertise
Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting and idea generations
Provide recommendations for Automation framework enhancements/improvements
Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices
Create - Object repo, reusable keywords and functions
Review the automated scripts code developed by peers/juniors
Report the status of assignment and risks/issues on time
Well versed with the automation of IE, Chrome and Edge browsers
Understand and deliver the business priorities
Defect management and triaging of defects
Qualifications and Requirements:
Hands-on experience working with technologies like Selenium, SOAP UI
Experience with automated testing frameworks
Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities independently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands on experience with ADO, JIRA, Confluence
Should have good analytical skills
Should be able to work independently and in pressurized environments
Willing to work in shifts or weekends if required
Nice to Have skills:
Experience with Continuous testing in devops environment
Experience with Gitlab or any CVS tools
Experience with UFT, Ranorex, Worksoft
Experience with modern programming languages
