You will report to Manager Software Development to contribute toward Corporate IT team
You will lead a small group of testers following project needs and review the architecture of hardware, software, and networking systems by composing a complex test plan script, building the tests, documenting the results and analysing the output
You will work with Test & Defect Management tools, Test automation tools and scripting languages to complete tasks
Must understand the requirements and perform complex design, maintainenance of the automation & manual test suites following project needs
You will perform automated and manual test execution for functional, application, regression and integration tests
Participate in activities related to the Agile and DevOps including planning, reviews, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives and corrective actions
Identify data needed for test, and create new data or obtain existing data to meet requirements of the test
Perform automated and manual test execution for functional, application, regression and integration tests
Develop an understanding of the feature’s requirements and how the features are used
Help with rollout of new or upgraded hardware, software, and networking system
You should have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience building automated tests
3+ years testing APIs (Soap, REST) and web services in a back-end environment
3+ years professional experience using Selenium
4+ years professional experience automating in either C#, Java, or Python
3+ years of manual testing professional experience
Must have a working knowledge of continuous integration, automated tools, industry standards in automation
Knowledge of Specflow with C#
Big plus if you've held a developer role in the past
Experience with performance testing added advantage
Knowledge in software testing; design, methodologies/processes, implementation and documentation.Experience with testing tools or evaluation of testing tools.
Experience with test plan development and test environments.
Experience in organizing test plan execution.
Technical experience in testing methodologies and procedures
