Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Code, maintain, and execute test automation scripts for web, web-services, and mobile applications
Lead and participate in design, enhancement, and implementation of test automation architecture and framework
Provide direction on automation techniques and perform code reviews
Design test automation strategy and lead its implementation
Mentor Test Automation Engineers and Developers on automation
Design, build, and maintain test automation infrastructure
Analyze test automation failures, and report any defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and design flaws
Contribute to defining the requirements, research, technology choice and setup of the team's test environment
Identify strong and weak points in existing test environments and improve overall test environment quality
Assist with research, evaluation and implementation of the latest cutting edge technologies in field of Automation, DevOps
Experience:
5+ years’ direct coding / test automation development experience.
Expertise working with C#/.NET ecosystem
Experience working with JavaScript/TypeScript/NodeJS ecosystem a plus
Expertise in automation framework architecture: designing, implementing, and working with multiple, diverse automation frameworks; Bellatrix a plus!
Experience leveraging contemporary deployment technologies like Docker, Terraform, etc
Deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) paradigms, practices, concepts, algorithms, and data structures
Experience implementing Continuous Integration and build automation systems
