Design, develop and maintain functional, regression, integration and end-to-end tests using Robot framework with Python/Java/Javascript.
Develop API tests in Postman or Robot/Python.
Develop mobile automation using Flutter Driver or similar.
Participate in an Agile team focused on leveraging test automation for early defect detection.
Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to design and improve features for testability.
Working with Test Leads and Test Architect to identify areas of improvement to drive out efficiencies in process, technology and architecture.
Automating test data creation and configuration wherever possible.
Ensure proper test automation coverage for every story delivered as per the acceptance criteria.
Participate in test automation code review activities.
Monitor and manage automated scripts that are executed in Jenkins or Azure Devops.
Report defects using fail fast techniques and report testing status to the scrum team.
Document test automation best practices and processes.
Mentor team members on test automation techniques and principles by conducting regular lunch & learns.
Analyze the root cause for testing failures and open appropriate defects with sufficient findings.
Participate in performance, load and stress testing.

5+ years of software engineering experience
OR
5+ years testing experience of which 4+ years of hands-on experience in automation or regression testing experience (in Java/Python)
Has a go-getter attitude and a team player at their core
Experience writing code in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Javascript, Groovy or any other scripting language
Very well versed with the defacto automation frameworks like Robot, Selenium/Java, Postman
Solid database testing skills, ability to execute advanced SQL Queries
Experienced in understanding OOPs concepts
Experienced at writing automated scripts both for the UI and API
Experienced with version control systems like Git and Bitbucket
Experienced with setting up and configuring jobs on Jenkins, Bamboo or similar
Experienced with test driven and behavior driven development of test scripts
Experienced with using a build tool such as Maven, ANT or Gradle
Experienced with working in an Agile shop
Exposure to testing mobile applications and devices
Exposure to cloud technologies both in AWS and Azure
Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of products specifically JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket or similar
Familiarity with GCP and 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science any other engineering discipline
