Develop mastery in the tools, languages and frameworks used by the team
Become proficient in the ‘real-world’ use of Hansen Products
Own the specifications of software requirements and designs from testing point of view
Liaise with Product Owners to understand functional and business requirements
Conduct test plan and test case preparation
Review work done by testers and trainees
Conduct test executions, client demos, test assessment and test status report
Triage and troubleshoot functional & operational issues
Adhere to project and department standards for quality, proficiency, and customer satisfaction
Ensure all your assigned deliverables are completed in quality according to specifications and agreed timelines
Anticipate, discuss issues/risks and identify solutions along with Lead & Manager for items on plate.
ABOUT YOU
You’re someone who have:
At least 4 years of relevant experience in software testing
Good knowledge of API testing
Experience in test case automation & configuration using TestNG
Familiarity with tools like JMeter Postman, SOAP UI, SQL Developer
Good hands-on with Unix, Kubernetes & Docker commands
Good knowledge on build deployment through Jenkin’s jobs
Good knowledge of commonly used test models & frameworks
Good understanding of the test lifecycle and where it sits within the development lifecycle
Experience in carrying out peer reviews, triages, show-and-tells product demonstrations
Basic knowledge of JSON, XML, SQL & PL-SQL
Quality of an individual contributor as well team player
Skills in problem solving, delivering high quality work, business acumen and being adaptive
Abilities to communicating effectively, championing customer needs and decision making
Skills in critical thinking, Agile methodologies, interpersonal skills, technical mentoring
Eager and willing to learn and implement new technologies and concept
You’re someone who (may) have:
Knowledge of using Jira, Zephyr & HP ALM for test case management
Experience with Selenium, Cucumber
Experience of working with microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS
Experience in Telecom domain especially working experience on OSS related products
Working knowledge of common protocols like Telnet/TCP/UDP/SOAP/etc
Basic knowledge of Shell/Perl/Python/Groovy scripting
