Acting as primary contact for the E2E test team and our Business Systems team on feature testing of the applications SalesForce and Zuora;
Acting as primary contact for the development teams, program teams, E2E test team and our Business Systems team on deployment and release activities on Business Systems applications;
Execute feature test cases, clearly communicate findings and proactively gather status updates of fixes;
Design well-structured test steps, ensuring test cases with comprehensive coverage;
Continuously maintain the monthly Platform release page ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed on Business Systems features pending and deployed;
Responsible for deployment activities as part of the broader Release Management role including the support of CI/CD-tooling;
Creates and manage intuitive reports to measure our Business systems data quality;
Defines the appropriate quality processes, benchmarks and sets these standards together with the team;
Responsible for exploratory testing;
Think like users/ customers of our Business Systems, provide feedback and contribute to ideas for new features and identify areas for improvement.
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and all aspects of the Enterprise Customer lifecycle;
Experience working in iterative projects and with deployment strategies/processes;
Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently;
Works well in a dynamic DevOps environment;
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
