Testing mobile devices to ensure their configuration, operation, and capabilities work efficiently.
Working with device manufacturers, product managers, and development teams to test and optimize mobile products.
Developing automated test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance.
Working with a variety of emulators/simulators, databases, and frameworks.
Updating operating systems, specifically iOS, Android, and Windows.
Producing clear and concise test reports.
Creating test artifacts like Test Cases/Reports, Workflows, release notes.
Providing feedback to development teams on technical, troubleshooting, or operational issues.
Assisting with the configuration of test environments.
Suggesting new processes and policies to improve mobile development techniques.
Schedules and performs functional, integration, regression, and release testing.
Submits defects and issues to development for correction, and retests once defects have been resolved.
Tracks defects and casual analysis to closure.
Creates and/or reviews requirements, design, and scope documents.
Helps support and advocates the standard to test design, procedures and may provide input to those procedures.
Interacts with Subject Matter Expertise (SMEs) and development teams to identify and refine test requirements.
Lead and drive the definition, preparation, and execution of testing strategies for
client project engagements including Unit, Functional, System Integration and User Acceptance test (UAT) phases according to the defined QA Framework.
Facilitate communication within the Landmark team and escalate issues around testing activities to the QA Manager/Director.
Review and provide input to project schedule tasks, levels of effort, duration, testing risks and dependencies.
Create requirements traceability matrices and conduct reviews with business analysts and technical development staff to ensure understanding of business requirements and complete test coverage.
Create comprehensive test strategies and test plans and conduct reviews.
Hands on execution of test cases, update documentation accordingly with results.
Interact with other QA analysts onshore/offshore for daily QA tasks.
Escalates issues and risks to project leadership in accordance with best practices.
Developing testing solutions that meet needs of clients and customers.
Lead testing efforts for projects that impact their core area of testing responsibilities, which includes acting in a leadership role to acquire test data and ensuring proper tests are executed in all testing environments.
Must be able to work as a team to ensure execution of smoke, functional and regressions tests in all levels of the environments.
Must have strong technical aptitude and analytic background needed to understand applications and data infrastructure.

EDUCATION
BE/BTech/BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
Core skills: 5+ years Quality Assurance Experience, contemporary software quality assurance processes.
At least 3 years' experience in mobile application testing.
Working knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android.
Client-side mobile application expert on Android and iOS platforms.
Experience in developing automated test scripts.
Knowledge on Appium/Selenium Automation tools. Should be able to write reusable scripts and have knowledge on Automation framework.
Experience in Functional and Non-Functional testing (Usability, Performance)
Experience in using Test Management Tools (TestRail, QC, MTM/TFS) and Defect Management Tools (JIRA).
Able to create various test artifacts (test cases, test reports, test plan, bug reports)
Good knowledge on test methodologies.
Familiar with software development lifecycles.
Good knowledge of software testing lifecycles.
Business domain knowledge.
Able to adapt testing development to suit the environment or product.
Knowledge/experience of testing multiple platforms, browsers, and mobile devices.
Passionate about improving the quality of deliverables.
Communication both technically and at a business level

Experience working in Regulatory industry
