Participate in Scrum calls, Scrum Retrospection (e.g. development, testing, automation, workarounds or changes in processes). Ensure any deliverables are tested properly with right quality.
Analyse client business requirements, liaise with client(s)/project team(s) and produce Test Plan document for addressing the requirements.
Be involved actively in the process till the development promotes in UTP.
Participate in Solution design with development to ensure the requirements are covered in Test Pan. Ensure Requirement Traceability Matrix is updated to facilitate tracking of requirements coverage
Act in a one engineering model; configuring and managing workshops and, where appropriate, acting in a product owner capacity.
Lead and give guidance to help key stakeholder’s understand the impacts of changes through extensive and co-ordinated discovery analysis.
Derive and define high level Test Plans, map out appropriate epics and user stories to support delivery whilst applying a customer focused approach to the process.
Support creation of test planning and scripts, whilst also owning User Acceptance Testing as and when deliveries occur.
Follow the software development lifecycle from inception throughout design, engineering, testing and deployment. Serving as a liaison between various cross-functional teams that influence VAM/Cash/Liquidity Management projects.
Manage prioritization pro-actively, providing the best go to market solution in a timely fashion.
Identify new opportunities to acquire, retain or grow the business based on trends found through market analysis and strong awareness of new features and capabilities within the field.
Own and participate in client engagements as and when applicable, providing a clear subject matter expert within the Payments
Contribute to the Product Roadmap by keeping track of market trends, regulatory environment, competitive landscape, etc.
SKILLS
3+ years of experience on Core banking Payment Testing (File and online transactions).
Understand Payments domain and has experience of working on SEPA and SWIFT messaging standards across Europe and Asia regions
Deep understanding of the servicing requirements within the Payments module.
Demonstrable experience of creating innovative solutions and efficiencies.
Understanding of the typical infrastructure within a servicing solution.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, with others and external parties.
Ability to present confidently at a senior level.
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
Strong documentation and analysis skills are essential
Strong practical, working knowledge of Agile SDLC is essential.
Experience in Micro-services/#SaaS/BaaS desirable.
Strong knowledge of payments and global transaction banking businesses would be advantageous.
Experience in any automation tools like Selenium, Cucumber etc.
Experience Agile methodologies.
