Job Responsibilities:
Ensure successful creation, execution and delivery of tests using Manual / Automated Testing.
Good knowledge in Test Execution Process, Defect Life Cycle, and Test Plan.
Smoke testing on critical or basic feature of an application.
Proficient in writing Test cases by applying Black Box Design Technique.
Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Test Methodologies.
Good in Design, development and executing Test Cases.
Having Good Knowledge in preparing Test Cases and Test Reports.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Experience with Selenium automation, Application Security, MTM/QTP is a plus
Should have rich experience on manual testing
Should have experience in desktop application testing
Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements are mapped to ensure all the business requirements are being tested.
Evaluate the functional and non-functional requirements for testability and the test cases.
4+ Years of experience in creating and executing the test cases for Web/Desktop based application.
Experience in Bug tracking tools like JIRA/Redmine/Bugzilla etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interaction with others and time management skills.
