As a Senior SFDC Test Engineer you are responsible for:
• Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts and test execution.
• Execute the test cases manually with test data and work with automation team to get the test cases automated
• Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status. Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business.
• Interact with BA, Technical and QA team to understand Salesforce application in Sales, Service, PRM and Marketing stream
• Work effectively in a distributed team
• Developing details process flows and application understanding documents
Key Role Requirement:
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in QA domain
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce application testing
• Strong experience in testing Salesforce application
• Strong experience in manual testing technique
• Strong experience in design regression suite
• Passionate about understanding the application end to end and translating the understanding to process flows or documents
• Must possess critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a distributed team
• Four year degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, information technology, or systems engineering
