You will be joining this position as Senior Test Manager to lead the Testing chapter, and therefore be responsible for the overall engineering oversight for all QA testing in IM technology based out of India.

Define, plan and incorporate best practices in QA testing across the applications landscape.
Identify areas of improvements and plan/execute the remediation.
Bring in best practices/tools/solutions to improve software quality.
Help improve the quality of the software delivery.
Your skills and experience
B.E./B.Tech. Or M.C.A. in Computer Science from a reputed University with 13+ years with 7+ years of hands-on experience on below mentioned essential skills.
Experience of working with multi-cultural and geographically disparate teams.
Experience in defining a test strategy spanning across various tech stacks and applications.
Experience in mentoring a team of QA/Automation test engineers.
Essential skills
Strong experience/background in automation testing using tools such as Cypress etc.
Strong domain experience of financial industry (Investment Management experience preferred).
Experience/knowledge of creating overall automation framework designs - API, UI and stubbing solutions to ensure effective automation scenarios are built and maintained.
Strong understanding on integration points like APIs.
Experience in Business process testing - The planning, design, management, execution and reporting of business process tests and usability evaluations
Experience in Systems Integration testing - The planning, implementation and control of activities to integrate/build components, subsystems and interfaces to create operation systems, products or services.
