5+ years of python software development experience
5+ years of general QA experience
4+ years of test automation experience
4+ years of experience with load test automation
3+ years of experience with git (must know the command line tools)
3+ years of linux experience
2+ years of experience with BDD / Gherkin
Some familiarity with: SQLAlchemy, Flask, Postgress, Etcd, behave.
Has the skills to do the following:
Perform independent analysis / investigation of user reported problems without guidance.
Assist the developers in reproducing difficult problems.
Constant Quality Improvement (don’t just test things in the sprint, make the product better).
Determine what are good candidates for automation and what are not.
Scope out and implement test automation using the Python Behave framework.
Make continuous improvements to the test automation framework.
