As a Software Engineer in Test (SDET) you will be applying your strong software development and test automation skills to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve customer-facing software solutions.
You will also be enabling yourteam in adopting test automation frameworks and best practices to ensure we are building the right product the rightway.

Primary Responsibilities:
Use your knowledge of testing and testability to influence better softwaredesign, promote proper software engineering and bug prevention strategies, testability and security; Actively participatein the development process through writing and maintain application features and automated tests including unit tests,component tests, integration tests, functional tests, performance tests, scenario tests and interoperability tests; Support the team in designing reliable, portable, accurate and trustworthy tests, and in integrating them into CI/CD pipelines;Collaborate with team members on improving team's test coverage, release velocity and production health; Enable theteam in designing and developing automation harnesses using Ruby or Java w/ Cucumber and SOA Test; Participate inapplication code and test code reviews with rest of the Scrum team; Participate in development using Javascript/Angularand Webservices/HTTP.
Qualifi cations:
A Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Software engineering orrelated field; 6 to 9 years of experience with designing and building front-end and webservice applications while incorporating test automation frameworks; Working experience with: Ruby (or Java); Cucumber; Javascript; HTTP;RESTful web services; Jenkins.
Preferred Experience:
AngularJS (2 or above); NodeJS; Docker; Genesys Contact CenterPlatform; Working experience with test automation frameworks (Cucumber w/ Ruby, SOATest, Selenium); Hands-onexperience with creating and using Test Doubles and Virtual Assets; Knowledge of software engineering practices for thefull software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, buildprocesses, testing, and operations; Experience in delivering software in the Agile environment.
