We’re looking for a Tech Software Engineer in Test to:
maintain and enhance automation frameworks for testing the department's systems globally
have a ‘shift left’ attitude striving for quality requirements / design artifacts before test activities start
develop custom test tools and integrate with existing toolsets to increase engineering productivity
be responsible for planning and executing test activities inclusive of functional and non-functional testing
liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels including international locations
comply with the test strategy, testing standards, templates, and test plans for all stages of testing
Your expertise
proven knowledge of the Oracle HCM platform and testing experience
proven delivery of performing functional testing to assess for accuracy, suitability, interoperability, functionality and accessibility; and non-functional testing to assess for security, reliability, efficiency, reliability, maintainability and portability for both agile and waterfall approaches as it relates to Oracle HCM
full understanding of test activities across all test levels (Unit, SIT & UAT) and types (functional, regression etc.)
good expertise in UI and API automation using Selenium, Hybrid or BDD framework
hands-on using technical skills on multiple tools including LoadRunner, JMeter, Selenium, Tosca, SoapUI
fully adept at owning, creating, and implementing test approaches for particular projects
fully competent at testing in Scrum, including agile test techniques such as in-sprint automation, exploratory test etc.
previously held a SDET role, for ideally 3-5 years preferably within the financial services sector
a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent work experience
