You will be responsible for:
Executing test plans and strategies for HBK software, focusing on the development and execution of test scripts for interactive / manual testing of product(s).
To contribute in conjunction with other members of the team to ensure all software errors are identified and reported.
Assist with resolution and reproduction of user software problems.
Contribute to the development of the software by working in conjunction with software testers and developers based in the Europe.
Professional qualifications:
2-5 years’ experience in similar previous roles. This may include some relevant experience in developing, enhancing and maintaining test automation framework(s) using test automation tools such as Squish with Python, Selenium, WinAppDriver or similar for automating desktop applications.
Bachelor of Engineering or Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Computer Science or Information Technology.
Knowledge of testing processes, tools and methodologies.
Knowledge / experience of Agile Software Development & Testing, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Programming experience (Python, Java or similar).
Knowledge and experience of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) using Jenkins.
Knowledge and experience of SQL, Java or batch / shell scripting.
Knowledge and experience of LINUX operating systems would be advantageous.
Knowledge on Durability Engineering would be an advantage.
Candidates who also hold Agile or ISTQB Software Test certification would be an advantage.
