Design, build and implement transparent test cases and Test plans on Pre-Silicon(FPGA), Silicon on engineering Chip validation platforms using Server OS/ARM Linux/QNX Software.
Test Plans include various components of the platform including Kernel, Memory, IO interfaces(USB, PCIe, UFS, Ethernet, SDMMC, I2C and SPI), File system at unit level and System level.
Work on validating the CPU, Memory, system buses, IO buses, IO interfaces(USB, PCIe, UFS, Ethernet, SDMMC, I2C and SPI) and NVIDIA proprietary IP's.
Work closely with Multi-functional teams like hardware ASIC, FPGA teams, SW development teams on new requirements, products or features/improvements of existing products, test plans and test methods.
Troubleshoot bugs and provide resolution, you will play a key role in fixing bugs.
What we need to see:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science/Electronics/Telecommunication, or equivalent experience.
At least 3+ years of Extensive Test development, execution/Validation experience on pre-silicon and Silicon in area of Embedded/SoC (QNX/Android/Linux) platforms.
Confirmed Testing experience on CPU and Memory, and IO's such as PCIe, USB3, UFS, Ethernet, SDMMC, eMMC, I2C and SPI.
ARM SoC architecture and Server / Automotive SoC (Linux/QNX) Operating system knowledge is must.
Excellent debugging and analytical skills, knowledge on using Analyzer/Oscilloscope is added advantage.
Knowledge of Linux Kernel, Boot loader, Device drivers testing and Firmware testing.
Understanding of Virtualization concepts, Multicore/Multiprocessing fundamentals.
Experience in Writing/designing new test plans & test cases across different layers through scientific methods.
Knowledge of different test types and methods to build test plans (Functional, non-functional, stress/stability, Performance, and power.
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, specifically a proven ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic environment.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience in using Analyzer/Oscilloscope
Knowledge on interpreting schematics and platforms.
Show previous experience with White box test plans and test cases development with Automotive / Server Platforms.
A track record of solving problems with tangible solutions.
Demonstrate delivery of complex projects/Automation solutions/Project planning in previous roles
