Responsibilities:
Manual Testing.
Develop test plans and scripts. Ensure test scripts and activities meet business requirements
Analyse test results and report any defects bugs errors configuration issues and interoperability flaws.
Ensure that all issues that are subsequently resolved are then re-tested for resolution.
Execute functional test cases based on test plan
Comprehensive testing and tracking of issues in release(s)
Identify and communicate high-risk areas to development team.
Qualifications:
Requires a 2+ years of experience of testing on Salesforce Platform.
Strong Functional test cases development experience
Good to have 2 years’ hands on experience with Selenium WebDriver to create automation scripts.
Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Confluence, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
Knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Configuration, Best Practices, Test Automation, Lightning
Knowledge of Salesforce Service cloud and Omni channel is an added advantage
Experience in all stages of application testing including UI, backend, functional, regression
Strong communication and collaboration skills
About You
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or business analysis working in manual testing techniques/approaches.
2+ years of experience with Service cloud, Omni channel, SFDC experience sites.
2+ years in Software Quality Engineering, Test Automation or Development.
Well verse with Salesforce service processes, Case Management, SLA and Milestones, Object Relationships, Reports etc.
Other Qualifications
Experience with Selenium Web Driver or Prover automation tool
Experience with end to end testing - Testing Planning, Test Execution, UAT, Regression.
Experience creating automation test suites at scale, in at least one of these tools: JUnit, Bamboo, Silk Test, Selenium, or Cypress.
