Responsibilities:
Review Software Product Features and Requirements
Formulate and review software testing strategies
Evaluate, Setup and Manage Testing Tools and Infrastructure
Manage software testing resources (Recruit, train, allocate and monitor)
Prepare and review test cases, test plans and test runs
Analyze test cases, test results and test metrics
Prepare / review / present test reports and overall quality
Coordinate with other managers (Product Manager, Development Manager and Dev Team) to ensure the highest level of software quality.
Plan, Manage and Deliver Software Product Release
Design testing automation solutions and solve technical issues
Skills and Requirements
Hands on Test Automation Design and Implementation Skills
Experience with Test Automation Tools like postman, Jmeter, Selenium
Knowledge and Experience with Java, Javascript Programming for Automation
Knowledge and Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle database systems
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
Overall 8+ years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Coordination, leadership and team management skills
Experience of product testing is added advantage
