Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
To lead and coordinate the Quality activities across Projects and Products such as Target setting, FMEA, DVP, Risk analysis and Software quality reviews throughout the product development phase.
Understand Customer requirements, transfer them to Functional requirements for Design Team, Development Team and Quality team.
Define the quality assurance plan and execute independent quality assurance activities, i.e., SDO (Software Development Observation), identify non-conformance issues, and communicate with stakeholders to get them resolved.
Review SRS, Use case and Test cases for Software product.
Enable and support the engineering team to establish software development processes and tool chains that meets related software standard and models, i.e., ASPICE, CMMI, Cyber Security and Functional Safety
Collect and analyze software quality data during development, identify quality risks and report quality status to relevant stakeholders regularly
Lead or support software related audits and ASPICE assessment in relevant areas
Evaluate the quality according to Automotive SPICE V-Model and the supporting processes
Track problems on all Software validation/verification tests and communicate with stakeholders to get them resolved.
Generating Software Quality status of Project to Senior Management by highlighting Quality Red alerts and proposing contingency plans
Ensure that clearly define, understand and deploy at module/system and Work products (e.g: Requirements, S/w Release, Configuration, Defects, etc )  to be ASPICE L3 level compliant and train our identified colleagues to ASPICE L3 level( Managed Level )

Critical Experience
Good knowledge of waterfall development processes, according to V-Model, for SW development in Automobile industry
Knowledge of ASPICE standards and Agile standards.
Knowledge of New product development methodologies and principles (automotive environment)
Familiar with the development of embedded software and experience in project management or development of automotive electronic control products
Familiar with software development related tools, i.e.,IBM rational, JIRA, EA, QAC, etc.
Familiar with the vehicle development process, with the ability to build and audit the entire vehicle R&D system
In depth Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC, Problem solving tools
Good customer understanding & Product Knowledge
Thorough knowledge of Quality systems - ISO/TS 16949 standard, IATF 16949
Auditing skills – Process, Product and System
Good activity planning and milestones management
Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor with hands-on experience
